Bcl-2，P53在宫颈鳞状上皮不典型增生、鳞状上皮癌中表达及意义

目的研究Bcl-2，P53在宫颈鳞状上皮不典型增生，鳞状上皮原位癌及浸润性鳞状上皮中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测30例宫颈鳞状上皮非典型性增生，25例原位癌和30例浸润性宫颈鳞状上皮癌中Bcl-2，P53表达情况。结果Bcl-2在鳞状上皮非典型性增生，原位癌浸润鳞状上皮癌中表达率分别为26.67%，44.0%和43.33%。表达在不典型增生与癌之间差异有显著性，且和组织分化程度有关。P53在三者之间表达率分别为6.66%，8.00%和26.67%，角化型和非角化型鳞状上皮癌之间表达差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论宫颈鳞状上皮非典型性增生和鳞状上皮癌中均有Bcl-2和P53表达，表明它们在鳞状上皮癌发生，发展中起作用，且P53异常表达是宫颈癌的早期事件，和宫颈癌发生有关。

The expression of Bcl-2

Objective　To investigate expression of Bcl-2 and P53 protein in atypical squamous epithelial hyperplasia(ASEH),carcinoma in situ (CIS) and infiltrated squamous epithelial carcinoma(ISEC) of cervix,and its rela tionship to clinicopathology.Methods　Immunohistochemical metho ds were used to studied the expression of Bcl-2 and P53 in 30 cases of atypical squamous epithelial hyperplasia,25 cases of squamous in situ, 30 cases of i nvasive squamous epithelial cervical carcinoma.Results　 The expression rates in ASEH,CIS and ISEC were 26.67%,44.0% and 43.33%,respectiv ely.The expression had significant difference between ASEH and carcinomas depend ing on the differentiation degree.The expression rates of P53 in SEAH,CIS and ISEC were 6.66%,8.00% and 26.67%,respectively.it was significantly different bet ween keratinized and non-keratinized type of SEC.Conclusions　B cl-2 and P53 play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of cerv ical carcinoma and the abnormal expression of P53 is an early event of cervical carcinoma pathogenesis.
