| 摘 要： | 目的 制备痔瘘洗液，观察其临床疗效。方法 制定制备工艺与定性鉴别主要成分小檗碱、苦参碱的方法；观察195例痔瘘病患者使用该药的临床疗效。结果 鉴别主要成分的方法简单可行。临床显效率为93％。结论 该药处方组合理，疗效显著；制备方法可靠，易于操作，适合医院制剂生产。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a preparation method for zhilou liquid and observe its clinical curative effect. Methods The preparation technology and identification of the main components berberine and matrine were formulated, and the curative effects were observed by treating 195 cases of piles patients who used it. Results The method to distinguish the main components was simple and practicable. The clinical effect rate was 93% Conclusions The recipe of zhilou liquid is reasonable and the curative effects are obvious. the method to preparate is reliable and easy to operate,and suitable for hospital pharmaceutical preparation.
