耻骨径路显露下尿路手术150例经验介绍

１９７３～１９９３年行切除耻骨径路显露下尿路手术１５０例。本术式适于膀胱前列腺切除术、前列腺手术、外伤性后尿道狭窄和复杂性膀胱阴道瘘修补术。耻骨全切除７０例，耻骨大部切除８０例。介绍手术方式，选用线锯或骨刀切除耻骨。改良操作方法，减少术中和术后并发症。

Transpubic approach for lower urinary tract surgery:Report of 150 cases

year experience of transpubic approach for 150 cases of lower urinary tract surgery was evaluated.150 transpubic approach provides good exposure for cystoprostatectomy, radical prostatectomy,post-traumatic strictures of the posterior urethra,and complicated vesico-vaginal fistulae.Total pubectomy has been done in 70 patients and subtotal pubectomy in 80.The technique of pubectomy is modified by using either gigli saw or osteotome. Ways to alleviate intrapostoperative complications have been discussed.
