摘    要:
本研究通过向Wistar大鼠睾丸白膜下注射从昆明山海棠乙醇提取物(TH_5)中分离而得的12种单体化合物进行抗生育活性初筛。结果表明,其中4种单体7HF、TH_3、TH_(17)和T_8能使大鼠附睾尾精子计数明显下降(P<0.01),最后,并讨论了这种初筛方法的可取与不足之处。

Abstract:
Injection into subalbuginea testes in Wistar rats was used as a screening method for the antifertility activity of 12 monomer isolated from the ethanol extract(TH_5)of Tripterygium hypoglau(?)m(Levl.)Hutch. In control groups,the rats were injected with 7. 5% ethanol 0. ]ml or with gossypol 0. 5 or 1.0mg/7. 5% ethanol 0. 1ml for per testis. In experimental groups,the rats were injected with a simple 1. 0mg/7. 5% ethanol 0. 1ml respectively. Once a week for 2 weeks,on the 15th day brought up for anatomy. The results showed that THF,TH_3,TH_(17) and T_8 compounds significantly reduced the number of sperms in rat epididymal cauda (P<0. 01),furthermore,THF and T_8 also reduced the sperm motility (P<0. 05). The preliminary screening by means of this method bears many advantages,such as less sample and animal used,short experimental cycle,easiness for comparison and repetition.
