复方黄连滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎疗效分析

目的探讨复方黄连滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法选取2008年7月～2011年8月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的84例(84耳)急性化脓性中耳炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(氯霉素滴耳液组)42例(42耳)和B组(复方黄连滴耳液组)42例(42耳),将两组患者的总有效率、显效时间、细菌清除率、听力改善幅度、不良反应发生率及患者满意率进行统计及比较。结果 B组治疗总有效率、细菌清除率及满意率均高于A组,显效时间短于A组,听力改善幅度大于A组,不良反应发生率低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方黄连滴耳液治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床疗效较好,安全性也较好。

Observation of the efficacy for compound berberine eardrops for acute otitis media

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy for compound berberine eardrops for acute otitis media.Methods 84 cases (84 ears) with acute otitis media patients in the hospital for treatment from July 2008 to August 2011 were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into group A (chloramphenicol eardrops group) with 42 patients (42 ears) and group B (compound berberine ear drops group)with 42 cases (42 ears).The total efficiency,effective time,bacterial eradication rate,hearing improvement rate,and incidence of adverse reactions and patients’satisfaction rate for the patients of the two groups were taken for statistics and comparison.Results The total effective bacterial clearance rate and satisfaction rate in B group were higher than group A,marked time was shorter than the A group,hearing improvement was greater than the group A,lower incidence of adverse reactions was lower than group A,there was a significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of compound coptis eardrops for acute otitis media have a better effect and safety.
