心理行为干预对哮喘患儿治疗效果的影响

目的探讨心理行为干预对哮喘患儿的治疗效果影响。方法将笔者所在医院2010年1～12月收治的88例哮喘患儿随机分为两组,每组44例。对照组患儿给予常规临床治疗,实验组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上,给予心理行为干预。比较两组患儿的治疗效果和复发率,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果对照组总有效率为75.00%,实验组总有效率为95.45%,实验组患儿的治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患儿复发10例,对照组患儿复发37例,实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在哮喘患儿常规药物治疗的基础上给予心理行为治疗,能够有效提高患儿的治疗效果,减少复发,值得在临床应用。

Influence of psychological and behavioral interventions on the therapy effectiveness of childhood asthma

Objective To discuss the psychological and behavioral interventions on the therapy effectiveness of childhood asthma.Methods 88 cases of children with asthma from January 2010 to December 2010 were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group given the general clinical treatment,the experimental group received psychological and behavioral interventions in addition to conventional drug therapy.Compared with the treatment and relapse rate,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results In control group,the total effective rate was 75.00%,experimental group was 95.45%,the experimental group was significantly higher in children with treatment(P < 0.05).The experimental group of children with recurrence in 10 cases,the control group were 37 cases,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion In children with asthma on the basis of conventional drug therapy given to psychological and behavioral therapy could effectively improve therapy effectiveness,reduce the recurrence.
