Measurements with a rotational viscometer with polyisobutylen solutions show, that the log η vs. log M plots exhibit breaks. From these the critical molecular weight for entanglement (infinite network according to BUECHE) can be determined. The breaks depend on concentration, and allow an estimation of the degree of coiling.
