RNA剪接因子SC35在大鼠脑内的定位研究

用Wistar系大鼠观察了RNA剪接因子SC35在大鼠脑内的定位状况。采用免疫酶以及免疫电镜技术对RNA剪接因子SC35从组织学分布到超微结构定位进行了系统研究。在光镜水平,SC35或SC35样蛋白免疫阳性细胞广泛存在于大鼠脑内神经元,并且存在核团差异性;SC35或SC35样蛋白免疫阳性物质在脑神经元细胞核内呈斑点状分布。在电镜水平,SC35或SC35样蛋自主要分布在染色质问颗粒簇和染色质周边纤维上,也证明它存在于核仁的致密纤维组分(DFC)。

LOCALIZATION OF SC35 SPLICING FACTOR OF PRE-RNA IN RAT BRAIN

The article systematically studied the tissue distribution and ultrastructural localization of splicing factor SC35 on Wistar's rat with the immunoenzymic and immunoelectronmicroscopic technique. It was shown that the SC35 or SC35 like protein was extensively distributed in rat brain. But there were differences among the nuclei of brain. The splicing factor SC35 or SC35 like protein in the neuron has been shown as many discrete speckles. The results had been shown under the electronmi-croscope, that was, in the neurons, the SC35 or SC35 like proteins were located in IGc and PCs of nucleus, DFC area of nucleo-lus and cytoplasm. The splicing factor SC35 or SC35 like protein was distributed in rat brain.
