| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电化学疗法对舌血管瘤的疗效。方法：采用电化学治疗舌血管瘤13例。治疗电压5—8V，电流50—80mA，参考治疗电量50—80C／cm^3瘤体。治疗中观察瘤体变化，瘤体固缩变硬时治疗结束。结果：13例患者术后均随访0.5a以上。13例中完全治愈6例、部分治愈6例，有效率92、3％。结论：电化学治疗舌血管瘤是目前一项新的治疗方法，其安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快、操作方便，易于为患者接受，是治疗舌血管瘤行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To reveal the effectiveness of electrochemical therapy(EChT) for the tongue hemangioma.Methods:13 cases of tongue hemangioma were treated with EChT.5 8 V voltage and 50 80 mA electric current were applied.Electric quantity was about 50 80 Coulomb per cm 3.When the tumor turned hard,the treatment was ended.Results:There were 13 cases of tongue hemangioma treated with EChT.After following up 0.5 2 years,6 cases have been radically cured,other 6 cases have been improved obviously.The effectiveness is 92.3%.Conclusion:EChT is a safe,effective,less traumatic,quick recovery,easy to manipulate and acceptable new therapy for the tongue hemangioma. |
