Quantitative Determination of Phyllirin in the “Antivirotic Oral Liquid”by HPLC

Abstract:	Phyllirin in the “Antivirotic Oral Liquid”was determined quantitively by HPLC.The method is simple,accurate,sensitive,and reproducible.The average recovery was (1006±224)%,coefficient of variation was 105%,and coefficient of correlation was 0999 9.The results showed that this method is suitable for the quality control of the“Antivirotic Oral Liquid”.
