| 摘 要： | 用大黄复制的小鼠脾虚模型,观察了脾虚小鼠免疫状态和肿瘤转移之间的关系。实验发现,脾虚小鼠的肺表面转移瘤明显多于对照组。ConA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖反应,碳粒廓清速率均明显下降,脾脏和胸腺也明显萎缩。而抗体生成明显多于对照组。用扶正方药四君子汤(红参、甘草、茯苓、白术)治疗,可使萎缩的脾脏和胸腺恢复到正常水平,并能增强ConA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖反应,显著抑制肿瘤的肺转移。本文提示,脾虚小鼠肿瘤肺转移增加与宿主免疫状态有密切关系。

| Abstract: | The correlation between the metasasis of B_(18) melanoma and immune status in the host was examined in C_(57)BL/6J mice with spleen deficiency which was induced by Rheum. It was found that metastasis were significantly increased and immunological function was markedly impaired in mice with spleen deficiency.After spleen deficiency mice were treated with " Si Junzi Decoction" (Rubia yunnanensis, Glycyrrhiza, Poria, Atractylodes macrocephala), a vitality-supporting compound herbal drugs, proliferative response of splenocytes to ConA was markedly enhanced and atrophied spleen and thymus were quickly recovered, and the number of metastasis was significantly reduced as compared with the control mice. These results suggest that the augmentation of metastasis in mice with spleen deficiency is strongly influenced by immune status of the host. |
