摘    要:
目的探讨Pareto定律与PDCA原理在ICU护理教学中的应用价值,提高ICU护理带教效果。方法将96名ICU实习护生随机分为两组,每组均为48人,分别采用Pareto定律与PDCA循环相结合的方法(PP法)、传统方法进行带教,通过测量每组的基础理论、基本技能出科考试合格率来评价其带教效果。结果PP法的理论出科考试合格率、技能出科考试合格率均为98%,传统法的理论出科考试合格率、技能出科考试合格率分别为83%、81%,PP法的理论出科考试合格率、技能出科考试合格率较传统法分别提高了15%、17%;理论出科考试合格率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.025),技能出科考试合格率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.010)。结论Pareto定律与PDCA循环结合法的带教效果明显优于传统法,在ICU护理教学中具有重要应用价值,值得在ICU护理教学中推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective To assess the application value of Pareto' s law and PDCA principle in ICU nursing teaching, To Improve the teaching effect in teaching on ICU nursing. Methods Ninety six practice nurses were randomly divided into 2 groups(n =48). Pareto' s Law combining with the PDCA principle( PP method ) was used in the teaching of experiment group,and traditional methods in the control group. The teaching effect was evaluated by the pass rate of departmental test. Results The pass rates of test on theory knowledge and technical skills were 83% and 81% respectively in the control group,and both 98% in the experiment group. The difference in theoretical teaching ( P 〈 0.05 ) and technical skills training effects ( P 〈 0.01 ) had statistical significance. Conclusion The teaching effect of Pareto' s Law combining with the PDCA principle is obviously superior to the traditional teachings methods ;it has an important application value in the teaching on ICU nursing,and was worth promoting in clinic.
