| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲钴胺[卫材（中国）制药有限公司]早期穴位注射治疗面神经炎的疗效观察。方法病例来自我院住院及门诊106例Bell麻痹病例,随机抽取58例为治疗组和对照组48例,前者甲钴胺早期穴位注射1次/d;对照组（48例）采用同样方法,予维生素B120.5mg穴位注射,1次/d。2组疗程均为2周,按治愈标准评估疗效。结果观察组治愈率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论甲钴胺治疗Bell麻痹早期穴位注射疗效显著,值得推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Toinvestigatefacialneuritisofearlyacupointinjection therapywith mecobalamin [Eisai（China）Pharmaceutical Co,Ltd.].Methods 106 cases of Bell palsy from inpatient and outpatient clinic,were randomly divided into treatment group with 58 cases and control group with 48 cases.The treatment group was taken with mecobalamin early point injection 1 times /d,the control group（48 cases）with vitamin B12 0.5 mg,1 times / d,for two weeks.According to the standard cure assessment was taken.Results The cure rate of the observation group is significantly better than the control group （P value 〈0.05）.Conclusion Mecobalamin with early point injection is significantly effective on Bell palsy and it is worth being popularized. |
