摘    要:目的:建立制何首乌薄层色潜指纹图谱。方法:黑豆汁蒸10份不同采集地何首乌样品,用甲醇提取其有效成分并以两种展开系统进行薄层色谱分离分析建立薄层色谱指纹图谱。薄层扫描法对色谱图进行定量扫描,以峰高进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果:获得的11个共有指纹峰构成了制何首乌葸醌类和二苯乙烯苷类成分薄层色谱指纹图谱。结论:薄层色谱指纹图谱可快速有效地鉴别制何首乌,并评价其质量。

Abstract:Objective:To establish TLC fingerprint of prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori from different areas.Methods:The samples that the pieces of the root,were mixed thorowghly with black bean juice ana steamed were extracted with methanol.The extrac spotted and developed on a silicagil thin layer plates.The plates were scauned by TLC scannier and the chromatograms were analyzed by principal components analysis(PCA) and cluster analysis.Results:The chromatograms of prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori 11 characteristic common peaks representing anthraquinones and stilbene glucoside were foundon.Conclusion:The fingerprints can be used to classify and identify preapared Radix Polygoni Multiflori rapidly and to evaluate its quality.
