| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中药对大鼠痛风模型的防治作用。方法 用尿酸盐注入大鼠后肢的内踝关节，制备大鼠痛风模型．观察中药对大鼠痛风模型内踝关节炎症的防治作用。结果 中药组体征好转，关节及其周围组织的K^＋浓度降低，病理显示关节炎症得到明显改善。结论中药对大鼠痛风模型具有较好的防治作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevention and cure effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) on the gout model rats. Methods Male rats were randomly divided into control, gout and TCM groups. Gout model was prepared by injecting the inner ankle arthrosis of rats leg with uric acid salt. The gout signs, concentration of K+ and pathological changes in arthrosis and tissues around were observed. Results Compared with the gout rats, TCM rats showed that the gout signs alleviated, the concetration of K+ in the arthrosis and the tissues around decreased, as well as the pathology results of rithritis significantly amelionrated. Conclusion The Traditional Chinese Medicine has better prevention and cure effect on the gout model rats. |
