| 摘 要： | 对40例抽动－秽语综合征患儿（TS组）和32例健康儿童（对照组）行脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）检查,结果TS组Ⅰ-Ⅲ,Ⅰ-Ⅴ波峰间期较对照组显著延长（P＜0．05）,TS组BAEP异常为轻度17．5％,中度5％、重度2．5％,异常率为25％。认为TS患儿中枢脑干受到损害,损害程度为轻中度,但体格没有受到影响。

| Abstract: | To observe the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potential（BAEP）．40 patients with Tourette′s syndrome（TS） and 32 normal children were studied in BAEP．The results showed that Ⅰ～Ⅲ,Ⅰ～Ⅴ waves interpeak latencies were significantly pronlonged（P＜0．05）,and 10 cases（25％） showed abnormal BAEP．Those suggest that there are mild to moderate damages to brainstem,but the physique development is not affected． |
