| 摘 要： | 该文对不同结核病控制项目进行了边际投入与产出分析，以项目投入和当地配套资金作为在常规结防工作以外的边际投入，以涂（菌）阳结核病人发现率和发现人数干预前后的变化作为边际产出指标。结果显示，在世行项目每年每县每1万元的边际投入可多发现10.01%和23名涂（菌）阳结核病人；在卫生部项目每年每县每1万元的边际投入可多发现2.38%和9名涂（菌）阳结核病人。 |

| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to evaluate the magical input and output of alternative tuberculosis control programs in China. The costs of programs and the expenses subsided by local governments were regarded as marginal inputs related to TB projects,and the changs of case raes and the number of smear positive tuberculosis patients were the marginal outputs.The results showed that there were about incremental 10.01% case rates and 23 TB patients were detected Per 10 000 Yuan's marginal input in World Bank TB Project, and incremental 2. 38% and 9 TB cases per 10 000 Yuan's marginal input in National TB program. |
