| 摘 要： | 目的 研究尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)与胃癌的关系及其在胃癌浸润转移中的作用。方法 用荧光定量RT—PCR方法,分别检测45例胃癌及其癌旁组织中(uPAmMA)水平的表达,并结合患者的临床生物学特征进行分析。结果 45例胃癌组织中,38例为阳性表达,45例癌旁组织中12例表达阳性。在伴有淋巴结转移的胃癌中,uPAmMA阳性例数明显高于无淋巴结转移者,两组例数分别为27和11例。结论 尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂uPAmRNA水平在胃癌组织中明显升高,且与胃癌浸润、转移密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator mRNA in gastric cancer tissues and the role in tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Methods uPA mRNA expression was measured in gastric cancer and cancer-adjacent tissue of 45 patients by RT-PCR and, combined with patients' clinical biological feature, was analyzed. Results 38 cases were positive in 45 gastric cancer tissue while 12 cases were positive in all cancer-adjacent tissue. 27 cases of lymphatic metastasis were positive compared with 11 cases of non-lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion Expression of uPA mRNA increases in gastric cancer and it may contribute significantly to gastric invasion and metastasis. |
