| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预见性护理干预对普外科患者自我效能感的情况。方法分析该院普外科收治的手术患者临床资料,依据护理模式不同分为预见性护理组80例和普通护理组40例。结果预见性护理组个体对自我、环境挑战和控制感评分和手术治疗知识、对手术态度、对手术环境、对术后恢复信心评分均优于普通护理组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论预见性护理干预可以明显提高普外科手术患者的自我效能感和认知程度,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach general surgery patients self-efficacy by predictive nursing intervention. Methods To approach general surgery patients clinical data of our hospital, which was to be divided into predictive nursing intervention group 80 cases and common nursing group 40 cases. Results The Individuals to self,environmental challenges and control score and surgical treatment of surgery knowledge,attitude,to the operation environment,the postoperative recovery＇ confidence score of predictive nursing intervention group were better than common nursing group, P〈0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The self-efficacy and cognitive level of general surgery patients by predictive nursing intervention were obviously improved, which was to be used. |
