影响伽马刀治疗质量因素的分析

目的：为保证伽马刀治疗的质量控制，探讨确定在伽马刀立体定向放射治疗（stereotactic radiotherapy，SRT）模式中易对治疗质量产生影响的几种因素的权重的方法，并对这几种因素的重要性进行排序。方法：从临床和物理的角度。选取易对治疗质量产生影响的几种因素，通过直接评分和层次分析的方法，利用矩阵计算来确定几种因素的权重。结果：对确定权重的几种因素的重要性进行排序，与预期的临床经验推断一致。结论：通过直接评分和层次分析的方法，认识到产生影响作用的几种因素在治疗过程中的重要性，反映了临床经验和客观因素对治疗质量存在的影响，为保证伽马刀治疗质量和治疗效果提供了依据。

Analysis of factors affecting treatment quality of gamma knife

Objective To determine the weights of the factors affecting Gamma knife treatment quality in SRT mode and the sequence of the factors, so as to ensure the quality control of Gamma knife treatment. Mehtods Some factors were selected from the aspects of clinics and physiology, and then weighted with direct scoring, AHP and matrix calculation. Results The weighted factors were sorted on the basis of the importance, and the sorting result was consistent with that by clinical experience. Conclusion Direct scoring and AHP are used to determine the importance of some factors for the treatment with Gamma knife, and the influences of clinical experience and objective factors on the treatment quality are reflected, then the quality and efficacy of the treatment with Gamma knife are ensured.
