不同地区日本血吸虫成虫组分蛋白及其感染鼠肝病变差异的研究

应用SDS-PAGE对我国四川、湖南、江苏和浙江四地日本血吸虫成虫组分蛋白进行电泳分析,表明各地日本血吸虫AWA组分蛋白既有共同成分又存在相互之间及雌、雄虫之间的质与量的差别。应用常规病理切片技术,对相应感染小鼠肝内虫卵肉芽肿进行比较观察,显示江苏地区日本血吸虫感染鼠肝虫卵肉芽肿反应增长比四川、湖南者为小(P<0.01),浙江者也较四川、湖南者为小(P<0.05),而江苏与浙江、四川与湖南者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);江苏者纤维化程度似较四川、湖南者明显。实验结果为了解我国不同地区日本血吸虫之间是否有所不同,提供了生化和病理方面的参考依据。

STUDIES ON THE DIFFERENCES OF THE FRACTIONAL PROTEINS FROM DIFFERENT ISOLATE ADULT WORM OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM AND LIVER PATHOLOGIC CHANGES OF INFECTED MICE

Fractional proteins of the Sichuan, Hunan, Jiangsu and Zhejiang isolates of Schistosoma japonicum in the mainland of China were separated by SDS-PAGE in 5-20% gradi- ent resolving gels. The results showed that some common components existed among different isolates and sexes of S. japonicum while qualitative and quantitative differences in protein com- positions could be found. And the comparative observations on the egg granulomas in livers of mice infected with each of the four isolates were made by conventional pathological section tech- nique. The results showed that the proportion of granulomas vs. eggs' mean diameters (PEED) in livers of mice infected with Jiangsu isolate was smaller than that of the Sichuan and Hunan iso- lates(P <0. 01). The PGED of the Zhejiang isolate was also smaller than that of the Sichuan and Hunan parasite (P <0. 05). However,no differences of the PGED between the Jiangsu and Zhe- jiang isolates and between the Sichuan and Hunan isolates were found (P >0. 05). The fibrosis of egg granulomas in mice with Jiangsu isolate seemed more obvious than that of the Sichuan and Hunan isolates. The present results might provide some biochemical and pathological bases for de- termining whether there are differences among different isolates of S. japonicum in China.
