| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用平阳霉素治疗颌面部静脉畸形及囊性水瘤的疗效.方法:22例颌面部静脉畸形患者,6例囊性水瘤患者,用平阳霉素配以适量地塞米松及利多卡因,在静脉畸形及囊性水瘤的瘤腔内注射,开始应用平阳霉素为4 mg/次,2～3周后再次应用可达8 mg/次,每次复诊均复查血常规、凝血功能及肝功.病变瘤腔内注药3-4次为一疗程.结...
