| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育在医务人员面视下短程督导化疗（DOTS）中的作用。方法收集南宁市2002～2005年相关资料。结果通过将健康教育工作放在首位及加强督导管理，病人治疗依从性明显提高，新发涂阳肺结核病人2月末转阴率及治愈率分别由2004年前的73．3％、84．9％提高至2004年后的86．9％、92．5％。结论健康教育在DOTS实施中起着积极的作用，保证了DOTS策略的有效实施，提高了治愈率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the role of the health education in DOTS. Methods The relevant data concerning DOTs during 2002 - 2005 in Nanning were were collected and analyzed. Results Through implementation of health education in DOTs the compliance of the tuberculosis pafietns was enhanced and the negative conversion rate and cure rate of newly discovered sputum positive cases were increased from 73.3% and 84.9% before 2004 to 86.9% and 92.5% after 2004. Conclusion Health education plays a positive role im implementation of DOTS. |
