氧气湿化瓶集中清洗消毒的效果

目的：探讨氧气湿化瓶集中清洗消毒的效果.方法：随机抽取送检消毒供应中心氧气湿化瓶30件为实验组,另取科室自行消毒处理氧气湿化瓶30件为对照组.采用目测法、采样检测法进行效果评价,比较2组消毒结果.结果：对照组目测法合格率33.3%,细菌培养合格率43.3%;实验组目测法和细菌培养合格率均为100.0%.实验组均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论：氧气湿化瓶集中清洗消毒效果确切可靠,是预防医院感染的有效措施.

Efficacy of concentrated cleaning and disinfection of oxygen humidification bottles in supply room

Objective：To explore the effects of concentrated cleaning and disinfection of oxygen humidification bottles. Methods： Thirty oxygen humidification bottles randomly selected from the supply center were included in the experimental group and 30 oxygen humidification bottles from the clinical department acted as control. The cleaning and disinfection effects were evaluated by ocular estimate and sampling detection; and the results were compared between the 2 groups. Results： In the control group,33.3% of the bottles were up to the standard by ocular estimate, and the qualified rate of germicuhure was 43.3% ;in the experimental group, the qualified rates were 100% by both ocular estimate and in germiculture. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ：The outcome of concentrated cleaning and disinfection of oxygen humidification bottle is satisfactory ,which may effectively help to prevent hospital infections.
