输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石60例临床分析

目的：总结输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床体会.方法：对输尿管结石合并感染、输尿管开口狭窄、结石较大、碎石过程中输尿管损伤及退镜困难的60例患者采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗.结果：一次碎石成功56例,碎石成功率93.3%;结石排尽 54 例,结石排尽率 96.4%.主要并发症为输尿管穿孔2例,结石上移至肾脏2例,无输尿管黏膜撕脱、败血症等严重并发症发生.结论：输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有微创、安全、高效等优点,但需注意术中操作技巧和经验的积累.

Clinical analysis of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi in 60 cases

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of ureteroscopic holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral calculic. Methods： Sixty cases with ureteral calculi complicated with infection, narrow ureter openings, large stone, ureteral injury during lithotripsy and ureteroseope return difficulty were treated with ureteroseopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Results：The successful rate of lithotripsy was 93.3% （56 cases） ,the stone-free rate was 96.4% （54 eases）. Ureteral peforation in 2 cass and stone moving into kidney in 2 cases were found,and no serious complications such as ureteral mucosa avulsion and septicemia occurred. Concluslons：Ureteroseopic holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral ealeulic is safe ,effective and less invasion,but operative technique and experience accumulation are needed.
