| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育对喉癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法将42例喉癌术后患者随机分为两组,干预组22例,对照组20例,两组均进行常规治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上进行健康教育干预。比较两组患者生活质量的情况。结果干预组生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对喉癌术后患者进行健康教育,可提高喉癌术后患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | To explore the influence of health education on quality of life in patients with laryngocarcinoma after operation. Methods Forty-two cases were randomly divided into two groups: intervention group (n=22) and control group (n=20). Based on routine treatment, patients in the intervention group received comprehensive and systematic health education. But patients in the control group only received routine treatment. Scores of quality of life were compared between the two groups. Result Compared with that of the control group, quality of life in the intervention group was raised obviously. Conclusion Comprehensive and systematic health education can obviously raise quality of life in patients with laryngocarcinoma after operation. |
