唐山市老年公寓老年人生命质量的影响因素

目的探讨影响唐山市老年公寓老人生命质量因素,为增进老年人的生命质量提供参考依据。方法面对面访谈的方式调查200名老年公寓老年人,请受试者回答由年龄、性别、职业、文化程度、婚姻状况、经济收入等社会人口统计学指标和健康状况问卷组成的调查问卷进行现场调查,由调查者进行记录。分析影响生命质量的因素。结果健康状况问卷的生理功能、躯体疼痛2个维度得分随年龄增加而降低,小于70岁组显著高于80岁以上组(P<0.05);社会功能维度得分随文化程度升高而升高,初中及以上组和文盲组得分分别为(5.9±0.3)分和(4.2±0.2)分,差异有显著性(P<0.05);生活花费够不够主要影响情感职能、精神健康两个维度,生活花费足够者得分最高,不足者得分最低;婚姻状况对生理功能、情感职能的影响有显著性,得分由高到低依次为未婚、已婚和丧偶。结论年龄、婚姻状况、生活花费、文化程度等因素对老人生命质量有影响。

The impact factors on the quality of life of the elderly living in the aged fiat in Tangshan city

Objective To study the impact factors on the quality of life of the elderly living in the aged flat to provide reference basis for enhancing quality of life of the elderly.Methods200 old people in the aged flat were investigated by face to face interview.Such sociodemographic characteristics as age,sex,education,marital status,occupation,economic income were considered and the SF-36 Health Survey was used in this survey.The analysis of the impact factors on the quality of life.ResultsThe scores of the SF-36 were higher for the people aged <70 than those aged 80 or over.There were also statistically differences on physical function and body pain scales.The scores of social function scale increase with education degree.The main factors which affected mental health were marital status,economic income.ConclusionThe impact factors on the quality of life of the elderly living in the aged flat are age,marital status,life cost and education degree.
