卵巢肿瘤的CT诊断

目的：提高对卵巢肿瘤ＣＴ表现的认识：总结其诊断依据，资料与方法：回顾性分析经手术病理证实的６６例各种卵巢肿瘤的ＣＴ表现。结果：（１）肿物内含有脂肪成份及结节状钙化是生畸胎瘤的特征性表现；（２）非赘生性囊肿和囊腺瘤的特征性表现为薄壁的囊性肿物，其壁及间隔薄且规则；（３）囊腺癌的特征性表现为囊实性肿块，其囊壁与间隔不规则增厚，可见乳头状突起或不规则块状实性成份。

The CT diagnosis of ovary Tumors

Purpose: To be well acquainted with CT manifestation and sumnarize the CT diagnostic signs of ovary tumors. Methods; The CT findings of 66 cases of ovary tumors which proved by pathology were analized retrospectively. Results; 1) Existance of fat clement and tuberous calcification in the mass were the charactcristical appearances of cystic ter atoma. 2) Non-neoplastic cyst and cystadenoma were typically expressed by a cystic mass with thin and regullar wall and septum. 3) the characteristical manifestation of cystadenoca-cinoma was; cystosolid mass with irregularly thickened wall and septum; papillary protrution or irregular solid mass. Conclusion; CT is an important imaging modality for diagnosis of o-vary tumor. It can provide precise qualitative diagnosis for most of ovary tumors before operation.
