薄层色谱硅胶粉中有机杂质的去除方法

摘    要:
目的本文介绍了灼烧去除薄层色谱硅胶粉中有机杂质的方法。结果将薄层色谱硅胶粉置瓷蒸发皿中,在马福炉中600℃灼烧4~6小时。结论硅胶粉经高温灼烧处理后,可以完全去除硅胶粉中的有机杂质;硅胶分子内的结构水的得失是可逆的;硅胶结构没有受到破坏而失去吸附活性。

Abstract:
Objective This paper introduces a new method for removing the organic impurities in silica gel powder used for thin layer chromatography.Put the powder into a porcelain evaporation dish and place it into a muf- fle furnace.Cauterize the powder at 600℃for 4~6 hours.After this treatment it was found that,the organic impu- rities were completely removed and the lost and recombination of the intermolecular water in the silica gel was re- versible;the structure of the silica gel was not destructed and thus the adsorption activeness was preserved well e- nough.
