| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理干预对提高微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效和减少结痂期出血的影响.方法 将174例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为干预组和对照组.干预组在微波治疗的基础上实施系统的护理干预措施,而对照组仅予以常规护理,并于术后分别记录宫颈糜烂治愈情况、阴道流血量和时间.结果 干预组一次性治愈率95.5%,阴道流血量、出血时间均少于对照组,2组比较其差别有统计学意义(p＜0.05).结论 实施有效的护理干预可提高微波治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效和减少结痂期出血. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effects of nursing intervention on cervical erosion treated with microwave and reducing the volume of bleeding during scab period.Methods: 174 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experiment group were adopted systematic nursing intervention based on the microwave treatment,while the control group were only given the regular nursing.Healing effect,volume of colporrhagia and bleeding time were observed.Results: The healing rate for one time in the experiment group was 95.5%;The volume of colporrhagia and bleeding time were statistically less than those in the control group,p<0.05.Conclusions: Nursing intervention can effectively enhance the healing rate of cervical erosion treated with microwave,and also can reduce the volume of bleeding in scab period. |
