学龄前儿童乳牙龋病的病因调查分析

目的 了解宁波市海曙区儿童乳牙龋病流行情况以指导今后的乳牙龋病防治工作.方法 对667名的学龄前儿童按标准统一进行口腔检查和口腔卫生调查.结果 被调查者乳牙患龋率为41.68%,龋均为2.03.口腔卫生良好者患龋率明显低于口腔卫生差者.结论 儿童乳牙龋病的病因调查,对提高儿童的口腔健康防治有很大的指导意义.

The Study of the cause of decayed tooth in deciduous teeth among pre-school children

Objective To investigate the caries prevalence of deciduous among children in Haishu,Ningbo City in order to guide the prevention and cure of the caries of deciduous teeth. Methods Oral examination,disclosing agents were conducted according to the same standard among 667extra-child in school age. Results The caries prevalence rate of deciduous teeth was41.68%among the examined children with a mean dmft of2.03.The caries prevalence rate among childrenwho had good oral hygiene was significantly lower than that among children who had bad oral hygien. Conclusions The investigation of the cause of the disease among child who have decayed tooth, is very meaningful to enhance child's oral cavity health preventing and controlling.
