从阴火实质探讨气虚发热的机理

从对阴火实质的分析认识来探讨李东垣提出"气虚发热"的病机,就阴火的涵义、存在形式及其与气虚发热的关系分析阐述其发病机理,认为气虚发热只是阴火证的一种表现类型之一。主要包括两个方面:一是机体的代偿性发热,可以称之为功能性发热;二是因气虚而导致的推动无力,代谢产物堆积,郁而化热、化火而发热。再结合东垣对阴火理论的论述,认为其脾胃内伤,阴火上冲的病机,也就是气虚发热的病机,实质是脾胃气虚,导致升降失常,气机阻滞于中焦,阳气郁而不得泄,转变为病理之火,继而出现火热病证。

Investigation on Mechanism of Qi Deficiency Fever from Yin - Fire Essence

It was to investigate the mechanism of Qi deficiency fever from Yin - Fire essence on the meaning of existence of Yin Fire analysis. It is believed that Qi deficiency fever is just one symptom of Yin Fire syndrome and mainly includes two aspects ： compensatory fever or called functional feve and Qi deficiency leading to metabolite accumulation and fever. Combined with the theory of Dongyuan＇s Yin - Fire, it is thought that the spleen damage and Yin - Fire upward is the reason of Qi deficiency fever and the essence is Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach whichresults in abnormal movements and obstruction of Qi in middle Jiao and Yang - Qi failing to disperse,leading to fire -heat syndrome.
