九针围刺针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症顽固性疼痛点疗效观察

目的:观察九针围刺刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症顽固性疼痛点临床疗效。方法:临床选择60例腰椎间盘突出症住院患者,随机分成针刺组30例应用九针围刺针法治疗,西药组30例口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片75mg 2次/日治疗,治疗5天后采用疼痛视觉类比量表VAS量表评价疗效,并统计比较。结果:针刺组总有效率为100.00%,西药组为70.00%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第5天后VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000<0.001)。结论:九针围刺针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症顽固性疼痛点临床疗效显著。

Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Nine Acupuncture Needles around Intractable Pain Point Method to Treat Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of nine acupuncture needles around method to treat intractable pain point of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods ： We chose 60 cases of hospitalized patients with lumbar disc prolapse. They were randomly divided into acupuncture group 30 cases with application of nine needles around the pricker method treatment and western medicine group of 30 cases with oral Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets 75 rag, bid. After 5 days treatment, visual analog pain scale and VAS scale evaluation of curative effect and the statistical comparison were observed and studied. Results： The total effective rate was 100.00% in acupuncture group and that of western medicine group was 70.00%. Comparison between the two groups had statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After 5 day streatment, VAS score comparison difference was statistically significant（ P---0.000 〈 0.00l ）. Conclusion：The nine acupuncture needles around the intractable pain point method to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has remarkable clinical curative effect.
