心衰宁对慢性中重度心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的:观察在常规西药治疗心衰基础上,应用"心衰宁"治疗慢性中重度充血性心力衰竭的心功能测定及其对脑钠肽末端前体的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的慢性心力衰竭心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者60例,治疗组(30例),对照组(30例)。治疗组采用西药加"心衰宁"治疗,对照组为单纯西药抗心衰治疗。两组疗程均为4周,观察两组患者治疗前后心功能测定及脑钠肽末端前体的变化。结果:治疗组的心功能改善、对降低NT-pro BNP水平均优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:"心衰宁"对慢性中重度充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能的改善有疗效;也能降低心衰患者NT-pro BNP水平。

Clinical Observation on Xinshuaining in Treatment of Moderate or Severe Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Xinshuaining in treating moderate or severe chronic congestive heart failure and the effect of the levels of NT- proBNP and explore its mechanism. Methods：According to the standards ,60 heart failure patients of Yang deficiency of heart and kidney were divided randomly into two groups equally：treating group（ 30 cases）and control group（30 cases）. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The treating group was given Xinshuaining on the basis of routine western medicine. The changes of heart function graduation and NT - proBNP were observed before and after treatment in the groups. Results ： In the treatment group, the improvement of the clinical symptoms and heart function in the treatment group were better than those of the control group. The level of NT - proBNP in the treatment group obviously surpasses the control group. Conclusion ： Xinshuaining can reduce the level of NT - proBNP.
