清瘟败毒饮对脓毒症急性肾损伤患者细胞因子表达影响

目的:观察清瘟败毒饮对脓毒症急性肾损伤患者细胞因子表达影响。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例;对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予清瘟败毒饮口服或鼻饲治疗,治疗前及治疗后第7天测定血TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、Scr、BUN、CRP,进行APACHEⅡ评分。结果:治疗前两组患者血TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、Scr、BUN、CRP和APACHEⅡ组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后两组患者Scr、BUN均上升,但治疗组相对对照组上升幅度减小(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者APACHEⅡ评分、CRP、TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10均减小,但治疗组减小幅度增大(P<0.05)。结论:清瘟败毒饮能减轻脓毒症急性肾损伤患者TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、IL-10表达水平,抑制过度炎症反应,延缓肾脏损伤。

Effect on Some Cytokines of Qingwen Baidu Drink in Treating AKI in Patients with Sepsis

Objective：To investigate the effect of Qingwen Baidu Drink on the kidney and some cytokines in patients with sepsis. Methods ：Totally 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups： control group in which 60 cases were treated by routine modality and treatment group in which 60 cases were treated by routine modality and Qingwen Baidu Drink. Both of the two groups＇ TNF -α, IL - 1, IL - 6, IL - 10, APACHE 11 score, Scr, BUN and CRP were detected before and after 7 - day treatment. Results： After 7 - day treatment, the APACHE 1I score, CRP, TNF - α, IL - 1, IL - 6 and IL - 10 were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group and the serum level of BUN and Scr rised slowly, which had significant difference compared with thos of the control group. Conclusion：Qingwen Baidu Drink possesses some protective effect on the kidney in patients with sepsis.
