徐长卿Cynanchum paniculatum(Bungc)K.Schum系萝摩科植物,以植物根及根茎人药(有的地方用全草)。由于徐长卿在自然环境中繁殖系数很低,生长速度慢,野生蕴藏量很低。70年代已有人开始野生变家种的研究,但至今未见研究结果的报道。我们以有效成分

Abstract:
The paeonol content in culture Cynanchum paniculatum was determined by ultra-violet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the paeonol contents of culture and wild fresh roots were about the same, and their contents were 3.71% and 3.88% respectively. With varied growth period, the paconol content is different. The rest period 2.33%, budding period 2.97%, flowering period 3.71% and fruit pcriod 3.39% were determined. The commercial sample 1.03% and the wild sample stocked more than 2 years 0.36% were determined as well.
