腹盆部囊性及囊肿性病变的CT诊断

目的探讨腹盆部囊性及囊肿性病变的CT影像特征及价值。方法回顾分析我院2002年以来经手术病理证实的14例腹盆部囊性及囊肿性病变的CT表现及特征。结果原发性囊性及囊肿性病变6例，继发性囊性及囊肿性病变8例。均表现为腹盆腔圆形或不规则形囊性及囊肿性改变，伴或不伴有囊壁的厚薄不均及囊内分隔。结论腹盆部囊性及囊肿性病变的CT表现有一定的特征性，结合临床资料，CT对腹盆部囊性及囊肿性病变的诊断与鉴别诊断有很大价值。
