化学镀Ni-Mo-P合金及其在5%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性能

摘    要:对自酒石酸盐-乳酸为络合剂体系的镀液中制得的Ni-Mo-P合金镀层的参数、结构及元素分布进行了研究。用静态浸泡失重法、中性盐雾试验、孔隙率试验和腐蚀电化学测试法等对此合金镀层在5%NaCl溶液中腐蚀性能进行了测试。结果表明,此合金镀层耐蚀性优异,镀层中Mo/P此为8时,有最佳耐蚀性。用XRD、XPS、AES及电化学法对合金耐蚀机理进行了研究。结果表明,合金结构的非晶态性和合金表面易生成耐蚀性优异的钝化膜,是分别使不同成分合金镀层耐蚀性优异的重要原因。

Abstract:The deposition parameters, structures and element distribution of electroless Ni-Mo-P deposits, which were obtained from plating baths containing tartrate-lactic acid as complexing agent, were studied. Corrosion performance of Ni-Mo-P deposits were investigated by immersion corrosion test, neutral salt spray and ferroxyl test as well as electrochemical corrosion measurement technique. Experimental results showed that Ni-Mo-P deposits exhibit good an- ticorrosion behavior. Anticorrosive mechanism was revealed by surface analysis and electrochemical test techniques. It showed that good anticorrosion is attributed to homogeneous amorphous structure of Ni-Mo-P alloy and protective passive film formed on the surface of alloy.
