| 摘 要： | 用氯氨平与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症６７例，经双盲对照观察，从ＢＰＲＳ总分比较，氯氮平优于氯丙嗪。从各症状群分比较两药疗效接近，两药均对思维障碍疗效最佳。 |

| Abstract: | 7 cases of schizophrenics were treated with clozapine and chlorpromazine,with a dou-ble-blind controlled study. Through the comparison of BPRS population distribution value,the clozapine excels the chlorpromazine. Therough the comparison of symptoms distributionvalue, the effects of the wtwo drugs are nearly. Both of them are very effective in the treat-ment of disturbance of thought. |
