脊柱骨巨细胞瘤31例临床分析

目的 总结脊柱骨巨细胞瘤的治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析逝25年来收治的31例脊柱骨巨细胞瘤的临床病理资料,对脊柱骨巨细胞瘤的生物学行为与治疗方式进行了探讨。结果 26例获得随访,平均随访62个月,术后肿瘤复发7例,经再次手术切除及辅助放疗治愈,无远处转移者。有2例死于其他疾病,其余24例均健在,脊柱稳定性及神经功能恢复良好。结论 脊柱骨巨细胞瘤囊内切除易复发,治疗应以边缘性切除为主,术后辅助放疗可预防和减少肿瘤复发。

Giant cell tumor of the spine:an analysis of thirty-one cases

Objective To evaluate the treatment of giant cell tumor of the spine.Methods The clinicopathological data in 31 cases were reviewed.The biological behavior and the therapy in giant cell tumor of the spine were discussed.Results Twenty six cases were cured by reoperation and adjuvant radiotherapy,and no cases had metastasis.Twenty four patients survived,with stable spine and good nervous function and the other two died of other diseases.Conclusion Curettage for giant cell tumor of the spine often results in recurrence.Marginal resection of the tumor may be better.Adjuvant radiotherapy is helpful to prevent the recurrence.
