p16蛋白在舌癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨p16蛋白在舌癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学法检测43例舌癌、20例舌良性疾病标本、14例正常舌组织中p16蛋白的表达情况。结果：p16蛋白在舌癌组织中的阳性率（23.3%）显著低于舌良性疾病和癌前病变标本及正常舌组织的阳性率（57.1%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;有淋巴结转移的26例患者中,p16蛋白阳性率（7.7%）显著低于无淋巴结转移的17例患者中p16蛋白阳性率（47.1%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;低分化舌癌p16蛋白阳性率（0）低于高/中分化舌癌（42.1%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：p16蛋白在舌癌的癌变及浸润、转移中起重要作用,p16蛋白的表达情况可望为舌癌临床早期诊断及判断预后提供重要的生物学依据。

p16 protein expression in tongue cancer and its clinical significance

Objective：To investigate p16 protein expression in tongue cancer and its clinical significance.Methods：Expression of p16 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 43 cases of tongue cancer,20 cases of benign disease of tongue samples and 14 normal tongue tissue.Results：p16 protein in tongue cancer,the positive rate（23.3%） was significantly lower than the benign and precancerous lesions of the tongue and normal tongue tissue specimens positive rate（57.1%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;26 cases with lymph node metastasis in the p16 protein positive rate（7.7%） was significantly lower than the 17 cases without lymph node metastasis in the p16 protein positive rate（47.1%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）;poorly differentiated tongue p16 protein-positive rate（0） lower than the high/moderately differentiated tongue（42.1%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：p16 may play an important role in tongue cancer and cancer invasion and metastasis,The expression of p16 protein is expected to provide an important biological basis for tongue cancer early diagnosis and prognosis.
