402例围绝经期综合征患病状况分析

目的：了解太原市40～55岁围绝经期综合征患者症状发生率及心理健康现状。方法：采用随机抽样的方法，对在妇科门诊就诊的40～55岁围绝经期综合征患者进行调查，采用统一的问卷调查表进行面对面访问填写。结果：402例围绝经期妇女的自然绝经平均年龄为（46．7±2．9）岁。Kuppennan平均分为（30．6±5．2）分，并且46～50岁年龄组Kupperrman评分明显高于其他年龄组（P〈0．05），各项症状中发生率最高的前5位症状依次是：疲倦乏力、失眠、易激动、潮热出汗、头痛，38．1％的患者有不同程度的抑郁症状，13．7％的妇女患有焦虑症。结论：围绝经期妇女以疲倦乏力、失眠等躯体症状为主，抑郁、焦虑等精神症状严重影响妇女的身心健康，应为其提供有针对性的保健服务。

Analysis of the Situation on 402 Patients with Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective: To find out the incidence rate and the psychological situation of 40~55-year-old patients with clinical perimenopausal syndrome in Taiyuan.Methods: Total of 402 perimenopausal syndrome patients between 40~55 years old were investigated.The study was conducted to collect the data in face-to-face questionnaire interviews.Result: The average age of natural menopause among them is 46.7±2.9.Kupperman average score is(30.6±5.2).Kupperman score of 46~50 age group was significantly higher than other age groups(P<0.05).The top five of highest incidence of the symptoms were: fatigue,insomnia,irritability,hot flashes,sweating and headache.38.1% of patients showed depression condition in different degrees,and 13.7% women suffered from anxiety.Conclusion: Perimenopausal women suffer mainly from fatigue,insomnia and other physical symptoms and psychiatric symptoms severely impact women’s physical and mental health.Some efficient interventions should be taken to improve their life quality.
