| 摘 要： | 总结导师刘瑞芬教授对功能失调性子宫出血病机的认识及治疗经验。功能失调性子宫出血的病机离不开虚、热、瘀三个方面,刘老以祛瘀、清热、养血益气、健脾补肾为法,治疗功能失调性子宫出血在临床应用中取得了显著的疗效,在此例举临证医案以佐证。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized Prof.Liu Ruifen's understanding on the pathogenesis of dysfunctional uterine bleeding and her experience on the treatment of the disease.The pathogenesis of the disease is closely related to three aspects: deficiency,heat and stagnation.Prof.Liu adopted removing stagnation,clearing heat,nourishing blood and reinforcing qi,and invigorating spleen and kidney to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and the effects were significant clinically.Some medical records are cited in the paper as ... |
