| 摘 要： | 目的:观察低分子肝素联合化疗对晚期乳腺癌的疗效及对血栓标志物(D二聚体、纤维蛋白原)的影响。方法:42例晚期乳腺癌患者随机分成两组。A组:TP化疗组,应用紫杉醇135mg/m2第1天静脉滴注,顺铂70 mg/m2第2天静脉滴注。B组:低分子肝素联合TP方案化疗组,在A组用药的基础上加用低分子肝素5000U皮下注射12小时1次,共用5天。结果:低分子肝素组D二聚体化疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05),纤维蛋白原化疗后明显低于化疗前水平(P<0.05)。近期疗效肝素组(52.4%)高于对照组(42.8%),但统计学差异无显著性(P>0.05)。低分子肝素组治疗的不良反应较单纯化疗组统计学差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:应用低分子肝素联合化疗能改善晚期乳腺癌高凝状态,无明显不良反应。 |
