| 摘 要： | 目的观察栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对治疗前后血流变学、血小板功能的影响。方法将急性期脑梗死患者116例随机分为治疗组（60例）及对照组（56例）。治疗组采用血栓通注射液静滴治疗;对照组予脉络宁注射液静滴治疗;疗程为15 d。比较2组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分及血液流变学有关指标的水平。结果治疗组神经功能缺损评分较对照组明显减少,总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,血液流变学等指标改变亦明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论血栓通注射液治疗急性脑梗死具有良好疗效。
