| 摘 要： | 刘德玉教授根据多年的临床经验,认识到膝骨性关节炎的发生与人们的生活环境、体质、人体的气血、阴阳、脏腑功能失调有关,风寒侵袭为主要外因,肝脾肾不足是发病基础,最终病机总与经络痹阻、气血运行异常、经脉不通、肢节失荣有关。倡导以预防为先、整局兼顾、病症位三辨结合的整体诊治策略,是预防、治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效措施。
