S-100阳性树突状细胞对食管癌预后的影响

目的方法 :用S 10 0蛋白抗体 ,ABC免疫酶标法对 91例食管癌组织内S 10 0阳性树突状细胞进行定量观察 ,并与临床病理资料及随访结果对比分析。结果 :表明术后生存期≥ 5年者癌组织S 10 0阳性树突状细胞数量明显高于术后生存期 <5年者 (P <0 .0 1)。在具有同一种病理因素的患者中 ,生存期不同者其癌组织树突状细胞数量差异有显著性。提示 :癌组织内树突状细胞数量可作为估计患者预后的指标之一。

Influence of S-100 Protein-Positive Dendritic Cells on the Prognosis in Patients with Esophageal Carcinoma

Dendritic cells(DC) in 91 samples from esophageal carcinoma tissues were investigated immunohistochemically,using anti S 100 protein antibody and analysed in relation to the pathologic data and follow up results.Quantitative analysis showed that the patients who survived longer than 5 years had significantly higher DC number in primary tumor than those less than 5 years( P <0.01).Irrespective of other morphologic features,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.The results suggest that the amount of DC in situ might be used as an indicator in assessing prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
