| 摘 要： | 目的：建立用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定蒙药材文冠木中槲皮素含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为VP-ODS C18（200mm×4.6mm 5μm）,流动相为乙睛-0.1%磷酸溶液（35：65）,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为360nm。结果：槲皮素的进样量在0.02～0.10μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）;平均回收率为98%,RSD为2.28%（n=6）。结论：本方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于蒙药材文冠木中槲皮素的含量测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method for quercetin content in Mongolian Medicine Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bunge. Methods： The chromatographic column was VP- ODS C18 （200mm × 4.6mm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric （35：65）, at a flow rate of 1ml/min^-1. The detection wavelength was 36Onto. Results：The linear range of Quercetin was 0.02 - 0.1 ug（r = 0.9999）, with its average recovery rate at 98 % （RSD = 2.28 %, n = 6）. Conclusion： The method was simple, reliable and accurate, and suitable for the determination of Quercetin in Mango- lian Medicine Xanthoceras Sorbifolia Bunge. |
