Abstract: | Objective? To explore the clinical effects of targeted nursing intervention in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for non-small cell lung cancer.Methods?94 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to March 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The control group(47 cases)were given traditional care;the observation group(47 cases)were given traditional care+targeted care. The surgical care results were compared between the two groups. Results? The FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were(1.73±0.45)L,(65.59±13.53)L and(61.06±13.42)%,respectively,and(1.36±0.29)L,(54.13±12.43)L and(51.39±12.29)%in the control group. The lung function index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 2.13%,which was significantly lower than that of the con trol group(25.53%)(P<0.05).The social function, psychological function, physical function and living status scores of the observation group were(31.55±0.61),(35.55±4.59),(47.61±1.53)and(19.59±0.76),respectively,which were(28.89±0.06),(25.69±4.06),(40.31±1.29)and(15.43±1.51)in the control group. The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion?During the implementation of thoracoscopic surgery in patients with non-small cell lung cancer, the use of targeted nursing interventions can clearly improve lung function, reduce complications, improve quality of life, and lay the foundation for improving patients''prognosis and rapid improvement of the conditions, which fully demonstrate the feasibility of targeted nursing intervention. |
