| 摘 要： | 基于中药学人才培养模式创新实验区和国家级特色专业建设实际，将中医药“传、帮、带”的师承教育传统和院校教育模式相结合，分别从中药学教育现状、存在问题、研究思路、研究方法等方面探索中药学专业“3＋1”人才培养模式，探讨实用型创新型中药学人才培养途径。

| Abstract: | Based in the innovative and experimental area of Pharmacy talents training mode and the National Spe- cialty Construction actual, combinate the modeled after educational traditions of Traditional Chinese Medicine ＂pass, help, take＂ and institutions of education mode together. Exploring ＂3 ＋ 1＂ training mode in the present situation of Pharmacy Education, existing problems, research ideas, and research methods, respectively. Finally this paper discusses the training methods of practical innovative pharmacy talents. |
